Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days, expedited in 2–3 business days. International delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination.

How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked brown box. No exterior branding, no product names, no clue what's inside. The return address shows a neutral sender name. For maximum discretion, add Extra Discreet Packaging at checkout.

How will the charge appear on my statement?
Your billing statement shows our parent company name, never the product name. Friends, family, and roommates won't know what you bought.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Products & care

What are the products made of?
All our personal massagers use body-safe, medical-grade silicone with ABS plastic components. They are phthalate-free, latex-free, and FDA-compliant.

How do I clean them?
Before and after each use, wash with warm water and mild antibacterial soap. Pat dry with a clean cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated toy cleaner spray. Most of our products are IPX7 waterproof — fully submersible.

How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by product but typically ranges from 50–90 minutes per full charge. All units use USB-C charging and a full charge takes about 90 minutes.

What lubricant should I use?
Only water-based lubricants are safe with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants will degrade the silicone surface over time.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. See our full refund policy.

What if my product arrives defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

How long is the warranty?
All personal massagers carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Choosing the right product

I'm new to this — where should I start?
Beginner-friendly options include the Just Uno bullet vibrator (compact, simple, quiet) or the Lem sonic clitoral massager (gentle air pulses, very intuitive). If you're not sure, our Tutti Frutti Bundle includes two of our most-loved products at a saving.

What's the difference between vibration and air pulse?
Vibration creates oscillating contact with the skin. Air pulse (or "sonic") technology uses gentle air waves and suction without direct contact — many people find it produces a different, often more intense sensation. The Lem and Berri use air pulse / suction technology.

Are these safe to use during pregnancy or with medical conditions?
